Oh Daphne, Girl….. you killin it. It is safe to say I want everything in this beautiful place she calls home. The bleached out rustic woods, the white washed walls, the eclectic collection of furniture. She is oozing rustic casual effortlessness in all the right ways. In case you aren’t familiar with who Ms Javitch AKA the homeowner of this place let’s get ourselves acquainted shall we?
Daphne is a fashion guru now turned wellness expert (not quite sure what that means) but it sounds like she is a powerhouse with all the right refinement, polish, and intelligence to effortlessly decorate a space and have it turn out like this.
Talk about a serene, simple, and effortless looking interior. I would gladly move in although I couldn’t make any promises for how white those cushions would stay or how long I could hold out before adding a TV to watch while lounging on that massive built in.
Guess I could be a grown up and eat at the dining table instead of scarfing food town my trap on the white clad wrap around sofa.
Oh and once I finish wafting down my leftovers, i’ll just casually waltz over to this bookshelf and pretend to know one of the authors on there since I am SO literary. Do you think there is anything by Shel Silverstien, Tina Fey, or Oprah?
The simplistic white theme continues on into the kitchen where those fur covered stools are giving me LIFE. Although I would surely topple over on those unless they were bolted down.
I don’t sleep with a eyemask but of course she is so glamorous she probably wipes off her organic makeup, gets into her washed linen sheets and draws this over her pretty little eyes.
Ugh…. yes please. Vintage clawfoot bathtub and white subway tiles – my kind of heaven.
You go girl… now when can I come over to visit/move in? In the meantime I’ve grabbed a few of my favorite accessories and furniture pieces to help you get the look.
